Small changes

Smart network configuration ensures it takes into account eth0, in some devices (such as pico2) /sys/.../eth0/device file does not exist.

1. If force=yes, then force even ignore_devices (make it blank)
2. If not force, don't touch the existing already configured devices

This fix a bug with tl-wdr4300 (hooks and smart configuration were incompatibles)

	* Mute the output of grep in packages/qmp-system/files/etc/uci-defaults/qmp_clamp_tcpmss.
	* Avoid the use of the pipe in packages/qmp-system/files/etc/uci-defaults/qmp_clamp_tcpmss.

Add Simó Albert i Beltran as contributor in packages/qmp-system/files/etc/uci-defaults/qmp_clamp_tcpmss.

Changed stage to "firstboot" and add checks for knowing if the switch is already configured
Small changes in hooks system

Add look by default ULA fc00/7 for search gateway instead of ::/0

Add altermundi map agent to draw a centralized network map based on OpenStreetMaps in http://map.qmp.cat

Change dependence from luci to luci-mod-admin-core (to be more precise). Change ping for ping6 to be able to use ping6 ff02::2%INT

Import "Fix typo in RouterStationPro switch configuration" again because commit:2703e6b3 adds this bug again.

Modify get_devices to return also the virtual switch interfaces and ignore the ones inside ignore_devices
