Filter wireless devices ending in "a" (for compat. adhoc+802.11s mode)
and also those ending in "ap" (for mesh+ap or adhoc+ap) to avoid
getting wlan0-wlan0ap turning into wlan0ap-wlan0apap.

"qmpinfo interfaces" showed wlan0 and wlan0a when 80211s_adhoc mode was
selected, leading to confusing duplicates in the easy setup wizard.

(and, similarly, for adhoc+AP).

Ethernet devices (e.g. eth0) if there is a switch on it providing VLANed
devices (e.g. eth0.1, eth0.2)

"qmpinfo channels (dev)" now returns the HT40+ or HT40- valid property for each channel.

Remove all license references for individual files and add a single file COPYING and AUTHORS
