New gateways can be added now, by using the section type
"new_offer_gateway" or "new_search_gateway", which are converted to
regular "gateway" sections on submitting the form.

By splitting the "qMp gateways" page into two, "search" and the
"offer", the specific tunnel options for each type can be properly
controlled. Additionally, the pages look nicer, less overloaded.

Right now, however, no new gateways can be added.

qmpinfo modes didn't identify 802.11ac devices as 802.11a-capable,
which, as a consequence, made the default channel selection behave
different for 802.11an and 802.11ac devices.

Adapt new luci-app-bmx6 package's bmx6-graph.js file to qMp. Nodes now appear
on the topology graph page, but links are only shown with qMp trunk, not with
testing.

This script checks that, for every wireless device configured by qMp (in
/etc/config/qmp), the channel configured in /etc/config/wireless and the one
reported by the "iw" command match. If they differ, it resets the wifi system.

 fixed #464 but introduced a new bug in devices
with a switched Ethernet interface, where the VLAN interfaces would not
come up on time after restarting the network during the
autoconfiguration process.

Just reloading the network instantly applies the changes for wired
interfaces, but restarting it is needed to ensure wifi interfaces work
correctly. Restarting *and* then reloading ensures the network is up and
running before continuing the autoconfiguration process, therefore no
devices missdetection should occur.

In some corner cases, after changing the wireless settings,
the physical [radio] interfaces come up but the logical ones holding
them don't. By restarting the network, instead of reloading it, they
appear to do. It's inconvenient, because it breaks connections for a
while, but it's safer as the configuration is surely applied.
