This commit and the previous one sets the "master" branch as the development one, while the testing one will be used for freezing packages for testing and specific branches (e.g. 4.0) will be created for each release. This is coherent to how LEDE is developed.

Change Makefiles of qmp-* files to change version according to the QMP_RELEASE provided at compilation time (testing/trunk)

Move non-essential packages and dependencies from qmp-tiny-node to qmp-small-node to save space for 4 MB flash devices
Update qmp-system and qmp-*-node dependencies

If empty, it does not create the ipk.

Add luci-admin-core as dependence (some parts of qMp webinterface need it)
Remove some not needed dependences from small-node
Move olsr to big-node

Remove qmp-quagga package as big-node dependence: quagga seems to be broken for the moment, the bmx6-quagga plugin is not working at all yet, quagga is very big (too much for being a default package)

Removed unecessari files from qmp-small-node (now they are in qmp-system package). Modified Makefiles from small and big nodes according to the new package structure

Reordered and cleaned package dependences of qmp-big-node. Previous version contained an error somewhere.
