Removed unecessari files from qmp-small-node (now they are in qmp-system package). Modified Makefiles from small and big nodes according to the new package structure

Added new package for very tiny nodes (such as wr703n), it contains just the basic stuff for connect with the mesh network

network configure: changed restart for reload and removed unecessary actions

removed qmp_wifi_restart uci-default script, it is not longer needed

By default the prefix fd00:1714:1714::/48 is used
Radvd is configured and started to get IPv6 to end users

Reordered and cleaned package dependences of qmp-big-node. Previous version contained an error somewhere.

Fix bmx6 restart with reload with reload attempt introduced in commit:c23da165d768bf3bcbed76174dd767afe79c9486

qmpcontrol tries to reload bmx6 instead of restart. Added ifup because if not some VLAN devices are not created

Added dnsmaq restart in configure_network (sometimes dhcp server is not working). Added uhttpd restart in configure system (if hostname changes uhttpd crashes)
