[qmp-system] Add birth hook for routers with two Ethernet devices (e.g. eth0 and eth1) with switched roles (i.e. wan and lan, respectively)

[qmp-system] [QinQ] Use 802.1ad VLANs on wired interfaces to enable compatibility with switched Ethernet ports already using 802.1q

This breaks backwards compatibility with devices using previous qMp versions connected via cable.

 - Use "qmp" prefix for custom feeds in
 - Add uci-defaults script to enable the custom feeds and change their URL

 - Switch defaults
 - Default network settings

[qmp-small-node] Add bmx6-mdns to qmp-small-node (was removed from qmp-tiny-node in 3f81e803)
